“Share the Experience” and refer your friends and family to Fogarty Homes.

If your referral purchases a new home from Fogarty Homes, we reward you with the following:

>$250 Gift Card for you to use at various retailers, restaurants, etc.

Procedures, Terms and Conditions:

1. Homeowner provides a signed Referral Business Card to friend or family member (Referral).

2. Referral signs Sales Agreement with Fogarty Homes and presents Referral Business Card as recognition of the referral.

3. Once first construction loan draw has been received (typically at end of foundation), a $250 Gift Certificate will be issued to Referring Homeowner—redeemable at www.giftcertificates.com for various retailers, restaurants, etc.

4. Fogarty Homes may terminate or revise the procedures, terms and conditions of this program at any time.

5. Fogarty Homes reserves the right to restrict an individual from registering or participating in the Referral Program and may cancel, suspend or block the registration of such person if Fogarty Homes deems or suspects that the individual has (a) acted in violation of the Terms and Conditions, (b) tampers with or corrupts the registration process or the operation of the Referral Program, (c) conveys anything of value or provides any form of consideration to Fogarty Homes’ staff arising from or relating to participation in the Referral Program, or (d) commits or attempts to commit an act of fraud in the administration of the Referral Program.

6. The Referral Program applies to both on-your-lot new home construction sales and to sales in Fogarty Homes exclusive communities.

7. The Referral Program applies to both new build homes and to the sale of inventory homes.
